Training fee: $25
Payments can be made by check, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Checks should be made payable to UNC-Chapel Hill and mailed to NCIPH, Attn: Registrar, Campus Box 8165, Chapel Hill NC 27599.
Cancellation and Refund Policies: If you find that you cannot be a part of this training, you may substitute or cancel your registration but the registration fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your registration by emailing Faith McHale at fmchale@unc.edu.

If payment is not received at the time of registration a staff member must manually approve the registration. It could take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email.

The system does allow for group registration however; if you are registering a group you will need to be prepared to pay by credit card at the time of registration. If you wish to pay later, the registrations will have to be registered individually.

We are using a new registration system for this year’s conference. You will be asked to create a profile. Once your profile is complete you will receive and email containing a link to set your account password subject line "North Carolina Institute for Public Health New Account". Note: The link is only active for 30 minutes If this window passes you can email us at nciph_events@unc.edu so that we can send you a new link. This system is not tied to any past/current UNC student or conference login information.
